We know you're excited to receive your new pieces! All orders at Sage & Silk are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

UK Shipping Rates & Delivery

To keep things completely straightforward, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee across the UK:

International Shipping

Currently, Sage & Silk only ships within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand to international fashion lovers in the future!

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sageandsilkuk@gmail.com so we can investigate and resolve it for you right away.
